Hot Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Hot Buffalo Chicken Rolls


2 lbs. shredded boneless cooked chicken
Mixture of 2 Tlb melted butter & 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce (or any red hot sauce you like)
Mix everything together, put a glob on an egg roll (wonton) wrapper, fold and deep fry about 1-1/2 - 2 minutes.

Serve with Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese Dressing.

They're yummy and much more meatier than a wing.
