Appetizer: Bacon Wrapped Carrots


4-6 Fat carrots
1 pound sliced bacon
1/2 cup brown sugar

Cut each carrot into 1 inch pieces and cook in water until tender. Cut bacon strips into two pieces. Wrap each piece of carrot with the half strip of bacon. Arrange in baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minuts or until bacon is at desired crispness.
