My labor day (a USA holiday today) is one of laboring to do the dishes, the
laundry, the dusting, the mopping, the writing, and finally the cooking.
We're breaking from hamburger and hot dog tradition and having taco salad for
dinner tonight. That way I, as the cook, can get it all prepared ahead of time
and then get in the pool with everyone else instead of slaving away in the
kitchen.
