2 cans (20) of country style biscuits
8 ounces cheddar cheese cubed into 40 pieces
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh minced chives
Cut each biscuit in half, roll out flat, sprinkle on chives, minced garlic, place a cube of cheese and fold dough around, seal tight and shape into ball.
In small bowl, melt butter. Dip balls of dough, roll in Parmesan cheese, place on baking sheet.
Bake 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until brown.
