Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cheddar
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 pound cooked ground sausage
3 beaten eggs
1 tube of 10 flaky biscuits dough

Split each biscuit into 2 pieces so you have 20 disks. Press into a cupcake pan so dough covers bottom and up sides. Mix all other ingredients and fill the dough cups.


Bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
