Smoked Salmon Dip / Spread


Ingredients:

2 packages (16 ounces) Cream Cheese
14 ounces flaked salmon
1/3 cup grated green pepper
1/3 cup grated onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts ( or other nut)

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with electric mixer until well blended.

Serve with crackers, celery sticks or stuff cherry tomatoes.
