C is for Crab Casserole
Ingredients
16 ounces imitation crabmeat
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided in 1/2
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1-1/4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Mix all of the ingredients together in bowl using only 1/2 of the cheddar. Spoon into lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remainning cheddar on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
